Okul Yöneticilerinin Karar Alma Süreçlerinde Dijital Dönüşümün Rolü

Dijital dönüşüm, eğitim yönetiminde köklü değişimlere yol açarak okul yöneticilerinin karar alma süreçlerini daha veri odaklı ve etkin hale getirmiştir. Bu çalışma, dijital teknolojilerin eğitim yönetimine entegrasyonu ve yöneticilerin karşılaştıkları fırsatlar ile zorlukları incelemektedir. Bulgular, dijital dönüşümün veri tabanlı karar alma, otomasyon sistemleri, büyük veri analitiği, yapay zeka destekli yönetim araçları ve iletişim süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesi gibi avantajlar sunduğunu göstermektedir. Ancak, teknik altyapı eksiklikleri, dijital beceri yetersizliği, personel direnci, veri güvenliği ve finansal sınırlamalar bu sürecin etkinliğini kısıtlamaktadır. Dijital okuryazarlık eğitimleri, altyapı yatırımları ve güvenlik politikalarının güçlendirilmesi, yöneticilerin sürece uyumunu artıracaktır. Sonuç olarak, dijital dönüşüm yalnızca teknolojik entegrasyonla sınırlı kalmamalı, okul kültürü ve yönetim anlayışıyla bütünleşen kapsamlı bir dönüşüm sürecine odaklanmalıdır.
