Digital transformation has led to significant changes in educational management, making school administrators' decision-making processes more data-driven and efficient. This study examines the integration of digital technologies into educational management and the opportunities and challenges faced by administrators. Findings indicate that digital transformation offers advantages such as data-driven decision-making, automation systems, big data analytics, AI-supported management tools, and improved communication processes. However, challenges such as infrastructure deficiencies, lack of digital skills, staff resistance, data security concerns, and financial limitations restrict the effectiveness of this process. Enhancing digital literacy training, increasing infrastructure investments, and strengthening security policies will improve administrators' adaptation to digital transformation. In conclusion, digital transformation should not be limited to technological integration but should focus on a comprehensive transformation process that aligns school culture and management practices with this evolving landscape.
