Abstract

This study systematically examines the communication issues in school management and their impact on the educational environment. Communication plays a critical role in enabling school administrators to establish healthy relationships with teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders. However, in many educational institutions, communication problems between management and staff emerge as a significant factor that negatively affects the overall functioning of schools. This systematic review aims to identify the causes, types, and potential solutions for communication issues encountered in school management. Misunderstandings, lack of effective use of technology, and ambiguity in organizational structure are identified as key factors that disrupt communication processes, leading to adverse effects on teacher motivation and student achievement. Additionally, the study offers recommendations such as enhancing communication skills and utilizing digital tools more effectively. These findings demonstrate the critical role that the development of effective communication strategies in school management can play in improving the quality of education.
