Keywords:

This study aims to examine the perceived inclusive leadership and school collaboration levels among teachers working in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul. A total of 402 teachers participated in the study during the 2023-2024 academic year, with 55% female and 45% male participants. Data were collected using the School Collaboration Scale and the Inclusive Leadership Scale. The subdimensions of inclusive leadership—openness, availability, and accessibility—showed significant relationships with school collaboration. Correlation and regression analyses revealed that inclusive leadership had a positive and significant impact on school collaboration. Specifically, leaders who demonstrate transparency, accessibility, and readiness to assist positively influenced collaboration processes. The findings suggest that adopting inclusive leadership behaviors by school administrators can enhance collaboration levels in schools.
