Okul Yönetiminde Kişi Örgüt Uyumunun Performans Üzerine Etkisi

This study was conducted to examine the effects of person-organization fit on performance in school management. The research was designed in a relational scanning model according to quantitative research methods. In the research, the personal information form was developed by Netemeyer et al., (1997) and Elçi et al. (2008) and the Workforce Performance Scale 2022-2023 education scale, which was adapted to Turkish and tested for validity and reliability, and developed by Borman and Motowidlo (1993), for which Ertan (2008) adapted it to Turkish and tested for validity and reliability. It was applied to 182 school administrators working in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education operating in the Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul in the academic year. The analysis of the obtained data was carried out in computer environment. As a result of the research, it was determined that school administrators showed high levels of performance and had high levels of person-organization harmony. Positive, significant and low-level relationships were determined between school administrators' person-organization fit levels and their performance. Increasing the person-organization fit levels of school administrators increases their performance by 18.5%.
