This study examines the integration of technology in science education and school management, highlighting its transformative impact on educational processes. The use of digital technologies enhances the interactivity and accessibility of science education while enabling school administrators to make more efficient decisions through digitalization. Innovative technologies such as AI-powered learning systems, virtual laboratories, augmented reality (AR) applications, and management information systems (MIS) contribute to student success and optimize educational processes. However, several challenges, including teachers’ digital pedagogical competencies, infrastructure deficiencies, and data security concerns, hinder the effective implementation of technology. In this context, education policies should be developed to support digital transformation, teacher adaptation to technology should be facilitated, and investments in technological infrastructure should be increased.
