Fen Eğitimi İçin Okul Yönetiminde Teknoloji Kullanımı

Bu çalışma, fen eğitimi ve okul yönetiminde teknolojinin entegrasyonunu ele alarak, bu dönüşümün eğitim süreçleri üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektedir. Dijital teknolojilerin kullanımı, fen eğitiminin daha etkileşimli ve erişilebilir hale gelmesini sağlarken, okul yönetiminde dijitalleşme süreçleri eğitim yöneticilerine daha verimli karar alma mekanizmaları sunmaktadır. Yapay zeka destekli öğrenme sistemleri, sanal laboratuvarlar, artırılmış gerçeklik (AR) uygulamaları ve yönetim bilgi sistemleri (YBS) gibi yenilikçi teknolojiler, öğrenci başarısını artırmakta ve eğitim süreçlerini optimize etmektedir. Ancak, teknolojinin etkin kullanımının önünde öğretmenlerin dijital pedagojik yeterlilikleri, altyapı eksiklikleri ve veri güvenliği gibi bazı engeller bulunmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, eğitim politikalarının dijital dönüşümü destekleyecek şekilde geliştirilmesi, öğretmenlerin teknolojiye adaptasyon sürecinin desteklenmesi ve altyapı yatırımlarının artırılması gerekmektedir.
