Dijital Çağda Çalışanların Psikolojik İyi Oluşu: Tehditler ve Fırsatlar

Özet

21. yüzyılın dijital dönüşümü, iş yaşamını köklü biçimde yeniden şekillendirmiştir. Uzaktan çalışma modellerinin yaygınlaşması ve dijital teknolojilerin iş süreçlerine entegrasyonu, çalışanların psikolojik iyi oluşunu tehdit eden yeni faktörlerin ortaya çıkmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Bu derleme çalışması, dijital çağda çalışanların karşı karşıya kaldığı başlıca psikolojik tehditleri—dijital stres (technostress), siber yorgunluk (Zoom fatigue), teknolojik tükenmişlik ve sosyal izolasyon—ve bu tehditlerle başa çıkmada kullanılan bireysel ve kurumsal stratejileri kapsamlı biçimde ele almaktadır. Psikolojik iyi oluşun kuramsal temelleri incelendikten sonra, uzaktan çalışmanın yarattığı yalnızlık, sınır belirsizliği ve psikososyal kopukluk gibi durumların çalışan psikolojisi üzerindeki etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Bireysel düzeyde zaman yönetimi, dijital farkındalık (digital mindfulness) ve ekran molası uygulamaları; örgütsel düzeyde ise empatik liderlik, psikolojik güvenlik ve dijital iyi oluş politikaları ön plana çıkmaktadır. Sonuç olarak dijital çağda psikolojik iyi oluşun korunması, birey, kurum, teknoloji geliştiricileri ve politika yapıcıların eşgüdümlü çabasını zorunlu kılan çok aktörlü bir süreçtir.
